Placing an order

When you see an item you like, click "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchases. Then, click "shopping bag" to view and confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click "checkout" to finish.

Shipping

We prefer to offer no hassle shipping. . .One very low shipping cost regardless of how many Tartx products are in your order.

♥ All Tartx orders ship fully Insured both Domestically and Internationally.
♥ USA customers First Class Shipping with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is only $2.50. First Class Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00.
♥International customers Global First Class mail is only $4.00. International First Class Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00.

Shipping time

Tartx ships your order out as quickly as possible. Standard orders usually ship within two business days. All orders ship from Colorado, USA. Wholesale, out of stock and made to order items require additional processing time as noted on the product description.

Estimated delivery time

First Class Mail - Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5-20 business days.
Priority Mail - Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days.
Express Mail - Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days. International orders typically within 5-6 business days.

In a hurry?

Choose USPS Express Mail (overnight service). If your purchased items are in stock, we are happy to process, box and ship your goodies within 24 hours. This shipping option can be selected during check-out. If your item is out of stock or is made to order we will also try to process your item as soon as possible.

Tartx E-Gift Certificates are also available and are sent through email the day of purchase.

International Orders and Customs Duties

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

For your convenience we offer several payment options. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Tartx gift certificates, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks.

All of these options are made available to you during check-out.

Return Policy

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Unused, unaltered, and unworn items may be returned for tartx store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. In the case of a return or exchange all shipping costs are non-refundable. Here are instructions for either using the easy Tartx Return Label or your own shipping method.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone 1.877.288.2789 and we will begin the claim process. USPS might require an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice otherwise we cannot process a claim.

What if the ring is the wrong size? It is important to obtain an accurate ring size. This pdf provides many methods for measuring ring size, however, please be aware that they might not produce accurate results. Accurate results are therefore not guaranteed. A visit to a local jeweler to have your ring size checked is the only way to accurately measure your finger size. If you were not successful with the tips above and received the wrong ring size, don’t worry! Tartx has a 30 day exchange policy. Xo

Please note that items must be in brand-new condition and should be well-packed, adding insurance and delivery confirmation when returning the item is suggested. Upon receiving the item, Tartx will ship out a replacement or will send out a gift certificate in the amount of the item.

Wishlists (Gift Registry)

Wishlists are a great way to keep track of your favorite Tartx items and can function like a gift registry. Start by creating your own wishlist - click on the Wishlist link at the top of the page and then click on 'view your wishlist'. New customers will click on 'sign up here' to register by providing a name and an email address and then selecting a password. And now you're ready to go!

To add items to your wish list:

1) First add the items to your cart.
2) From the cart page, check the boxes to the left of the items.
3) Finally click on the red ‘update wish list’ button to transfer them (all at once) to your wish list.

You can email your wishlist to friends and family, or they can look up your wishlist by entering your name and email address. This is a great way to keep track of gifts for birthdays, baby showers and holidays. Your friends and family may purchase items from your wish list and the system will keep track of the items and quantities ordered.

Gift Wrapping

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services but we hope to in the near future. Want to include a gift message? We'd be happy to add this personal touch to your gift during check-out there is a link to add a complementary gift enclosure card.

Wholesale

Tartx products can be found in galleries and boutiques about the world. Once approved, a login and password will be sent to you. You will have the ability to view our wholesale pricing after login, and to purchase products directly through our website. Wholesale orders typically ship within 7 - 10 days, depending on the order. Custom Items and Commissions

There is a section for custom items made from any of the Tartx images or your images.

As far as commissions for Light Boxes or other original art. I wish I could, but unfortunately I do not accept commissions or custom orders. However, if there is a particular image or subject you are interested in please feel free to let me know. I will definitely keep it in mind for future projects. I do miss the collaborative experience of commissions so feel free to give me a suggestion on a subject here . Feel free to get specific - colors, quotes, etc. Xo

Product Information and Care

Jewelry Care and Repair

Tartx jewelry is designed for everyday wear - no extra special precautions are necessary. To minimize scratches and other damage, we recommend when not wearing your Tartx jewelry you store it either in a soft cloth pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box. We also recommend that you remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming or doing the dishes. Silver and Resin though being durable materials can be scratched and marred by sharp or hard objects. If an item is damaged upon receipt repairs are free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, there is a minimum charge of $10, depending on the item plus shipping costs. Please protectively package the merchandise to prevent further damage or loss as we cannot compensate for items lost in the return shipping process.

Sterling Silver Care

Sterling Silver is very easy to care for, here are a few tips to keep it bright and shiny. Sterling Silver jewelry should not be worn when in contact with chemicals or cleaners and all jewelry should be put on after make-up and hair products. We recommend storing bright sterling pieces in small plastic bags and out of sunlight to slow oxidation of silver. Wearing your silver jewelry often is the best way to prevent tarnish build-up, a dulling that naturally occurs when silver reacts with oxygen. To clean your silver, use polishes formulated specifically to remove tarnish. Take care not to polish the resin (where the image is) with the silver polish as the solution might scratch it. Sunshine Polishing Cloths are my favorite.

Tea Towels

To keep your Tea Towel in tip top shape please hand or machine wash in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Low set iron if needed.

Apparel

Machine wash cold, line dry or tumble dry low. Iron when needed.
