Every design is proudly made in the Tartx studio located in Greeley, Colorado.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). We accept all major credit cards through our safe and secure server or via a phone order. Toll free at 1- 888-799-3823. You may also pay with Tartx gift certificates, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. All of these options are made available to you during check-out.
- Placing an Order by Mail, Phone or Fax
If you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can call us toll free at 1- 888-799-3823 or email us at tartx@ tartx.com with your order information, your address and phone number where you can be reached. We will then call you for your credit card information.

If you include your email on your order form we will email you to let you know your order was received. We will also email your delivery confirmation number when it ships.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Please call us at 1-888-799-3823 as soon as possible after placing your order to make any changes. Unless your order has already shipped we can pretty much always cancel or change your order. Unfortunately if we receive an order cancellation notice after your order is shipped we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
- What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on the item weight and the method chosen.
USA Domestic shipping ranges between $4.40 - $14.25.
International First Class Shipping ranges between $14.75 - $24.00.
All charges include insurance and delivery confirmation.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to get your Tartx order delivered to your doorstep as fast as humanly possible. Most Tartx orders ship within 1-3 business days. Wholesale, out of stock and made to order items require additional processing time as noted on the product description or availability section.

First Class Mail - USA orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5-20 business days.
Priority Mail - USA orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days.
Express Mail - USA orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days. International orders typically within 5-6 business days.
In a hurry?
Choose USPS Express Mail (overnight service). If your purchased items are in stock, we are happy to process, box and ship your items within 24 hours. This shipping option can be selected during check-out. If your item is out of stock or is made to order we will also try to process your item as soon as possible.
- Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can! Feel free to put any note you would like in your order notes when checking out.
Tartx E-Gift Certificates are also available and are sent through email the day of purchase.
- International Orders and Customs Duties
Please keep in mind First Class International Shipping while an affordable service can take up to 3+ weeks to arrive. For international orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, shipping time is approximately 6-10 business days. Sometimes a package may get held in customs. This is beyond our control and we are unable to predict if a package will get held.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. VAT is not included in the listing price. If your country's revenue authority collects VAT, GST, handling or any other tax/fee, you will have to pay the fee on delivery according to your country's regulations. We wish we could give more information as to the exact possible fees or other amounts but these vary greatly depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
Though we have such great service from the Post it is important to cover the procedure for lost and damaged packages. All orders are fully insured and we will always get things taken care of for you as fast as possible. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail (email@example.com or Contact Us) or phone 1-888-799-3823 and we will begin the claim process and get it taken care of for you right away. USPS might require an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice otherwise we cannot process a claim. We will always work diligently to resolve any postal issue as fast as possible. If you feel the Post has lost your package please let us know and we will do my best to help sort it out and track it down. For lost parcels a claim can not be started for 21 days Domestic and 45 days for International locations, except for Italy which requires 60 days. We will always do my best to move things through as seamless and as fast as possible and will fully refunded your order within 1-2 business days from the claim approval.
Returns and Exchanges
- What is Tartx's return policy?
We want to make sure your entire experience with Tartx is the best it can be, from start to finish. Do you need a different size? Not quite the right color? Changed your mind? No problem!
Items must be in original condition and not be worn, used, altered or washed.
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund less shipping within 30 days. For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. If received after 30 days, a Tartx gift card will be issued.

All returns will be refunded using the original payment method. It is suggested when you ship your item back that you insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
- How do I care for Cocktail Napkins, Tea and Flour Sack Towels?
To keep your decorative linen Tea Towel in tip top shape please hand wash in cold water and hang dry. Low set iron if needed.
Flour Sack Towels and cocktail napkins are very durable and may be machined washed, tumble dried and ironed when needed.
- How do I care for Tartx Apparel?
For most Tartx apparel - Machine wash cold, line dry or tumble dry low. Iron when needed. If different care is recommended that will be mentioned in the specific item description.
- Why would I create a Tartx account?
When you login to your Tartx account, we can auto-populate all your important info during the checkout process. This means you won't have to re-enter your shipping address and credit card number every time you order something.
