Tartx Return and Exchange Labels

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Unused, unaltered, and unworn items may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt and exchange or tartx store credit within 30 days of receipt. If you are wanting to process an exchange using the easy Tartx Return Label (USA only) then you will find the instructions below.

If in the event you are placing a new Tartx order and your replacement item can be added to that package the return shipping fee will be waived.

If you are using your own shipping method or would only like to return an item then please contact me with the return instructions. In the case of a return or exchange all shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Please note that items must be in brand-new condition and should be well-packed.

Using the easy Tartx Exchange Label (USA and exchange only):

• A prepaid pre-addressed exchange label will be emailed to you that can easily be printed out on any printer and taped to the package. All Tartx exchange labels include delivery confirmation and insurance.
• Drop your package in your mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
• After adding the exchange label to your cart below, when checking out just choose the shipping method you would prefer that your replacement is shipped.
• You are also welcome to email me as well and request a Paypal invoice or ring me toll free 1-877-288-2789 with your credit card information.

Using your own Shipping Method:

• The return address is also provided below if you would rather handle the return shipping yourself.
• Domestic Orders: If wanting an exchange please include a payment of $3.00 First Class Shipping or $5.95 Priority for the Tartx items to be exchanged. Your replacement package will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
• International Orders: Please include a payment of $11.00 for all Tartx items to be exchanged. Your replacement package will be shipped via First Class International Shipping with full Insurance.
• If in the event you are placing a new Tartx order and your replacement item can be added to that package the return shipping fee will be waived. Please let me know so that I can make sure to ship the replacement item with your new order. 
  

Return Address:

• Insurance and delivery confirmation is highly recommended when returning items. Tartx will not be responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
