For many years we've collected antique engravings, etchings, and illustrations. Our tastes are eclectic. Architecture, the animal kingdom, botanicals, musical instruments, historical figures, fairy tales and fables have all been fair game. This piece by Walter Crane shows the Princess talking to the Frog Prince before his spell has been broken. We love the gilded, stained glass quality of much of Crane's work, and this is a great example.
